The Sacred Ceremonial Bath for mama is a divine pause in time for deep self-care and whole body-mind-spirit nourishment. The sacred ceremonial bath is an intentional ritual for mama to experience deep rest and rejuvenation, to feel held and supported, and in this way restore balance and vitality to mama’s being. This ceremony creates a special ripple in time and seals healing and rejuvenation into mama’s journey of motherhood.
Before bathing, mama’s bathroom will be prepared for her so she can give herself a warm oil massage, called Abhyanga in Ayurveda, using one of The Village Rose’s special Ayurvedic Oil blends. The Sacred bath for mama, includes over 2 dozen fair-trade roses and 32oz of organic rose water, invoking the compassionate and heart-warming energetics of rose. This ceremonial bath also includes a special nourishing herbal blend that is added to the bath water, carefully selected essential oils for aromatherapy, flower essences for energetic transformation, and one beautiful hand-poured candle for illumination.

75 min of in-home Ayurvedic Postpartum Support during mama’s Sacred Ceremonial bath (optional)

15 min clean up after mama’s Sacred Ceremonial bath
1 x 30 min follow up call or zoom to support the integration of the Ceremonial Experience (optional)

For Mama & Baby
The Sacred Ceremonial Bath for Mama and Baby is a divine space for mama and baby to bond, play, laugh, and create deep roots of love, nourishment, and security between one another and within. This intentional ritual marks the journey of relationship between mama and baby with blessings of friendship, compassion, and trust, now and beyond. The Sacred bath for mama and baby includes, over 2 dozen fair-trade roses, a special nourishing herbal blend added to the bath water that is tailored to baby, flower essences for subtle transformation & integration, and one beautiful hand-poured candle for illumination.
*This magic will happen in the comfort of your own home. Bathroom will be cleaned and cleansed before bath is prepared. This offering is open to mamas who are at least 4 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks if mama had a Cesarean Incision. For any questions, please reach out via the contact page.

*If you are receiving your ceremonial bath during the summer you can choose to include 2 handmade organic flower garlands for yourself and baby to wear after the bath and to save as a memory. For this, there is an additional cost of $60.00.
