Metta Loving Kindness Meditation for Mothers

Resonate with your heart and allow your sacred energy to expand through this weekly Metta Loving Kindness meditation for mothers. As mothers, we are often giving so much love and attention to our children and it can feel challenging to have the energy to show up the way we want to. Meditation, especially Metta, has a restorative effect on the nervous system, mind, and emotions that will support you in recharging your heart and spirit. Your host, Melissa is a 500hr+ certified yoga teacher, ayurvedic doula, life coach, and mother who is dedicated to creating life-enhancing services and spaces for mothers to feel nourished and empowered.

Our weekly meditations will be held live on zoom, on Mondays, from 10am-10:45am EST. This space is geared toward mothers who take care of their little one’s full time and so you are welcome to have your children in the same room with you while you are doing the meditation. We will have all participants on mute, so the only sound you or anyone else will hear during the meditation is Melissa’s voice. There will be time in the beginning and end to ask questions, etc. Also, this meditation is designed to be accessible to anyone who has never practiced meditation before, all experience levels are welcome.
